Jewellery Care
To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend storing it individually in its original Harper Jewellery packaging, in a dry, low-humidity environment. Avoid exposure to chemicals, including perfume, lotions, chlorine, and salt water.
For longevity, remove your jewellery before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.
To maintain its brilliance, gently clean your piece with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth.
Solid Gold, Platinum, Vermeil & Plated Finishes
Solid gold and platinum are exceptionally durable, however we still recommend avoiding contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and salt water to maintain their natural beauty.
Pieces finished in vermeil or gold plating require a more considered approach to wear. To preserve the surface, avoid frequent exposure to moisture, friction, and chemicals, as gradual wear of the finish may occur over time — a natural characteristic of finely finished jewellery.

Rather than providing our own valuation certificates, every bespoke lab-grown and natural diamond piece is independently submitted to the International Gemological Institute (IGI) for assessment once completed.
Your IGI report provides an independent record of your diamond's characteristics and authenticity, offering internationally recognised confidence in your jewellery.
At Harper Jewellery Diamonds, we believe in transparent, direct-to-client pricing. Our pieces are priced according to the quality of the diamonds, precious metals, and craftsmanship, rather than to meet a predetermined valuation figure.
If you require a replacement valuation for insurance purposes, we recommend obtaining one through an independent registered jewellery valuer. This provides an unbiased assessment based on current market replacement costs, as insurance valuations often differ from the original purchase price.
