Yes. At Harper Jewellery Diamonds, we go beyond conventional certification practices by arranging independent assessment of our completed diamond jewellery by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

Rather than certifying only individual diamonds, we submit the entire finished piece for independent verification of its diamond specifications and quality.

This additional level of assurance reflects our commitment to transparency, exceptional craftsmanship and complete confidence in every piece we create.

For every bespoke lab-grown and natural diamond piece, we provide documentation outlining an estimated replacement value, together with the diamond grading and jewellery specifications. This can be submitted to your chosen insurer to assist with arranging cover for your piece.

Your jewellery is also independently submitted to the International Gemological Institute for assessment once completed. The accompanying report records the characteristics of the diamonds and details of the finished piece, providing independent documentation of your jewellery’s quality.

These documents serve different purposes: our replacement value estimate indicates the estimated cost of replacing your piece, while the independent grading report documents its gemmological characteristics.

Every individual natural diamond of 0.50 carats and above is accompanied by an independent grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), one of the world's most respected authorities in diamond grading.

Each GIA report provides an independent assessment of the diamond's 4Cs — Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat Weight, ensuring complete transparency and confidence in the quality of your diamond.

For finished natural diamond jewellery featuring multiple diamonds, we offer International Gemological Institute (IGI) certification of the complete piece. As GIA does not issue group grading reports for finished jewellery in our region, we entrust IGI, another internationally recognised diamond grading authority, to independently assess and certify these creations.

This ensures that whether you are selecting a single exceptional natural diamond or a bespoke diamond jewellery piece, your purchase is supported by independent certification and our unwavering commitment to quality, authenticity and craftsmanship.

We offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy on eligible ready-to-wear jewellery, provided pieces are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Approved returns are issued as a store credit with no expiry date, allowing you the freedom to select something you truly love, whenever the time is right.

Jewellery Care

To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend storing it individually in its original Harper Jewellery packaging, in a dry, low-humidity environment. Avoid exposure to chemicals, including perfume, lotions, chlorine, and salt water.

For longevity, remove your jewellery before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.

To maintain its brilliance, gently clean your piece with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth.

Solid Gold, Platinum, Vermeil & Plated Finishes

Solid gold and platinum are exceptionally durable, however we still recommend avoiding contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and salt water to maintain their natural beauty.

Pieces finished in vermeil or gold plating require a more considered approach to wear. To preserve the surface, avoid frequent exposure to moisture, friction, and chemicals, as gradual wear of the finish may occur over time — a natural characteristic of finely finished jewellery.
