Should you wish to return an item, we will provide a Harper Jewellery store credit, valid for life, so you can choose another piece at your leisure.

Jewellery Care

To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend storing it individually in its original Harper Jewellery packaging, in a dry, low-humidity environment. Avoid exposure to chemicals, including perfume, lotions, chlorine, and salt water.

For longevity, remove your jewellery before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.

To maintain its brilliance, gently clean your piece with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth.

Solid Gold & Platinum

While solid gold and platinum are exceptionally durable, we still advise avoiding contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and salt water to ensure lasting beauty.
