Should you wish to return an item, we will provide a Harper Jewellery store credit, valid for life, so you can choose another piece at your leisure.

Custom and made-to-order items are considered final sale unless faulty.

All parcels are shipped with full tracking and require a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind.

Every Harper Jewellery piece is thoughtfully gift wrapped in our signature packaging - complimentary with every purchase. A beautiful gift card is also included upon request.

Please care for your jewellery by storing it separately in our packaging in a dry and humidity-free environment and avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, lotions, chlorine & salt water. 

To ensure your piece of jewellery remains in perfect condition, we recommend removing it before sleeping, bathing or swimming. 

Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain the lustre and sparkle of your piece. Gentle soap and warm water are sufficient.

Solid Gold and Platinum

Although solid gold and platinum are extremely durable, we still ask that you kindly avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, lotions, chlorine & salt water.
