Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

All certified lab-grown and natural diamond jewellery is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Should a manufacturing fault arise, we will inspect the piece and, where a defect in craftsmanship is identified, repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Moissanite Collection

Our ready-to-wear moissanite collection is covered by a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at customercare@harperjewellery.com.au. Once received, your piece will be assessed by our jewellers. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for warranty assessments and repairs.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents and the natural thinning of precious metals over time
• Damage caused by impact, trauma, accidents or misuse
• Bent, worn or damaged claws resulting from wear or impact
• Stone loss caused by wear, impact or accidental damage
• Discolouration resulting from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, swimming pools, spas or household cleaning products
• Plating wear on gold vermeil, rhodium-plated or other plated jewellery
• Damage resulting from improper care or neglect
• Loss or theft of the item
• Resizing, repairs or modifications carried out by a jeweller other than Harper Jewellery

Any work undertaken by a third party will void this warranty, as we cannot guarantee external workmanship.

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
