This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship, ensuring that your jewellery remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
If you suspect your piece has a manufacturing fault within two years of purchase, you may return it to us for inspection. Should we determine that the issue arises from a defect in workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Our master artisans take exceptional care in restoring each piece, and repairs typically require 4–6 weeks to complete.
This warranty also extends to our custom-made bespoke pieces, guaranteeing that every Harper Jewellery creation meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Our Commitment Beyond the Warranty
In addition to our Two-Year Workmanship Warranty, we proudly offer complimentary lifetime cleaning and inspection to help preserve the brilliance and integrity of your jewellery.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, ensuring you receive the highest level of protection and peace of mind when investing in Harper Jewellery.
Conditions and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage or trauma caused to the jewellery
Discolouration resulting from exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing
Prong damage due to impact or trauma
General wear over time, including the natural thinning of gold
Worn-out or bent prongs leading to the stone falling out
Any resizing, repairs, or modifications performed by a jeweller other than Harper Jewellery will void the warranty, as we cannot guarantee the quality of external workmanship
Damage resulting from mishandling, neglect, or improper care.
Loss or theft of the item.
