Harper Jewellery Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Harper Jewellery piece. If for any reason you change your mind, you are welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Please include all certificates, pouches, and boxes.

  • Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless deemed faulty.

2. Credit Notes

  • Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Credit notes may be used toward any future purchase online or in our Mosman showroom.

3. Faulty Items

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please email customercare@harperjewellery.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us to request a return authorisation.

  2. Securely package the item in its original box.

  3. Send to:

    (Please use a tracked service with signature on delivery.)

5. Exchanges

  • We are delighted to assist with exchanges within 30 days for unworn, non-custom pieces in original condition and packaging.

  • Where stock permits, we can offer a like-for-like exchange (for example, a different length or size of the same design).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, the exchange will be processed as a credit note so you may select an alternative piece at your leisure.

  • Price differences: if your new selection is higher in value, the balance will be payable; if lower, the remaining balance will sit on your credit note for future use.

  • Shipping: return postage is the customer’s responsibility; we will cover the outbound shipping of your replacement within Australia.
