Australia Domestic Shipping

We provide free Australia Post Express shipping for all orders.

Please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery after dispatch.

All orders will receive a tracking number from Australia Post and you can opt for signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

We provide free DHL express shipping for all international orders over AUD$400 and a flat fee of AUD$50 for any orders under AUD$400

Please allow 5-7 business days for express delivery after dispatch.

Customers will be liable for a all fees and custom taxes for international orders.

All orders will receive a tracking number from DHL and you can opt for signature upon delivery.

International countries we are currently shipping to are Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States of America.


Returns

Australia Domestic Returns

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their jewellery purchase. But for whatever reason you would like to make a return, we are here to help. Please note that custom-made orders of a bespoke nature would not be eligible for a return.

Please post the item back to us unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a credit note valid for 12 months. We would not accept the return if the item is not in its original condition or packaging.

The return postage cost would be at the customer’s expense, we do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. 

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

International Returns

International customers would need to initiate the return within 30 days of receipt of the product and are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend returning your order with a tracking number. Please note that custom-made orders of a bespoke nature would not be eligible for a return.

After our customer service team has accessed the return item, we would issue you a credit note valid for 12 months. We would not accept the return if the item is not in its original condition or packaging.

We do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. We also cannot refund international taxes and duties incurred in the event you wish to make a return.
