At Harper Jewellery, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. As a testament to our commitment, we offer a lifetime workmanship warranty, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

If you believe your piece exhibits a manufacturing fault, you may return it to us for an inspection. Should we determine that the issue arises from a defect in workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost. Please note that repairs typically require 4–6 weeks to complete. This warranty extends to custom-made bespoke pieces as well.

We offer a 30-days return window for change of mind on unworn, non-custom pieces in their original condition and packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless faulty.
